The Producer
This Domaine has been in the Gautheron family for 6 generations. It is a small estate producing highly mineral Chablis. Their vines grow on the reputed Kimmeridgian soils tound in higher concentration in the best parts of Chablis. The wines are vinified and aged in stainless steel vats and concrete eggs, for a crisp and exemplary style of Chablis. Only the Chablis Grand Cru, with greater richness, is partially aged in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes
Clean and well-defined bouquet of ripe pears, roasted apples and candied mandarin with notes of lime peel and grapefruit. Soft and rich texture balanced by pleasant acidity.

Pairings
A great partner for seafood, ceviche or white fish tartare. Also combines nicely with dishes with white sauces.
