They are located in La Paz, in the Mendoza valley, in a region with excellent conditions tor organic vine growing. Chinchero is the name of a native bird. These young and easygoing wines are vinified in stainless steel tanks without oak aging for optimal freshness.
Tasting Notes
Expressive bouquet or ripe blackberry, blackcurrant and plums with pleasant notes of cedar, moccha and toasted almonds. It is medium-bodied with fantastic balance and round tannins.
Pairings
This malbec goes great with burgers and barbecued meats. Also works nicely with pizzas, cold cuts and chocolate desserts.
