The name of this classified Grand Cru estate is a combination of its geographical location on the Cos (hill) and the name of its first owner François Labory. This vineyard is blessed with a very high concentration of Quaternary gravels in the soils which provides exceptional drainage and grapes packed with sugars and delicious tanins. Great attention is paid during winemaking and aging to allow each vintage to reveal its personality.

Tasting Notes
Elegant aromas of vanilla-wrapped black fruits. On the palate it offers a rich and silky mouthfeel, great yet soft tannic structure, and delicious dark chocolate aromas.

Pairings
Grilled meats like ribs or tomahawk. A natural partner for roasted duck or lamb. Try also with desserts with dark chocolate or rich in berries and red fruits.
