The Producer
"My project was born in 2009, after many years making wines in various Argentine wineries. I learned a lot during those years, developing my understanding of the vines, the grapes, the wines. But I reached a point where | was asked to make wines to fit a market demand, while the terroirs of Argentina had a ditterent story to tell and that filled my heart with anxiety. I started my own project to make wines that tell the real story of our landscapes and our farmers."
Tasting Notes
The bouquet is quite aromatic with honeydew melon, cantaloupe, pears and notes of jasmine and orange peel. This wine is dry with bright acidity and refreshing finish.
Pairings
Works great with goat cheese salads, grilled vegetables and most fish dishes. Nice choice to pair with a ceviche.
