The Producer
"My project was born in 2009, after many years making wines in various Argentine wineries. I learned a lot during those years, developing my understanding of the vines, the grapes, the wines. But I reached a point where I was asked to make wines to fit a market demand, while the terroirs of Argentina had a different story to tell and that filled my heart with anxiety. I started my own project to make wines that tell the real story of our landscapes and our farmers."
Tasting Notes
The nose presents notes of plum, blackberry, vanilla, and cassis with notes of chocolate. Rich on the palate with good concentration and well integrated tannins. Supero balance with a touch of acidity for freshness.
Pairings
Superb pairing for grilled meats and burgers. Excellent pairing with many appetizers such as cold cuts.
