The Producer
Bruno Lafon was born in Meursault, Burgundy, in the tamily estate of Domaine Des Comtes Lafon, a small but legendary producer of very high-end Burgundian wines. It goes without saying that he has an exceptional understanding of Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays. In Languedoc he found a new frontier with perfect climate and soils to develop several cuvées of top-quality wines without the excessive cost of land now found in Burgundy.
Tasting Notes
On the nose we find kumquat and other citrus, with notes of crushed almonds and nectarine. Bone-dry with very bright acidity, balanced by a persisting aroma of candied fruit.
Pairings
Pairs well with salads, tish tacos, fish burger or fried chicken.
