The Producer
"My project was born in 2009, after many years making wines in various Argentine wineries. I learned a lot during those years, developing my understanding of the vines, the grapes, the wines. But I reached a point where | was asked to make wines to fit a market demand, while the terroirs of Argentina had a ditterent story to tell and that filled my heart with anxiety. I started my own project to make wines that tell the real story of our landscapes and our farmers."
Tasting Notes
A pure expression of high altitude Malbec with loads of fresh red fruits and blackberries followed by notes of dark chocolate. It is medium-bodied, with firm structure and refreshing acidity.
Pairings
Great with anything roasted or done in the barbecue. Also a companion of choice for a burger or steak. Its fresh style will combine nicely with seared tuna.
