The Producer
The Maturana brothers have successfully combined a variety of factors to produce clean, highly aromatic and unforgettable cuvées of natural wines. Jose Ignacio is a seasoned winemaker, former technical director of one of the largest Chilean producers, but he found real purpose in this family project: working with very old vines, small-scale and organic agriculture, preserving vineyards of heritage grapes, making small amounts of remarkable wines.
Tasting Notes
This Cab has a dramatic amount of delicious cassis in its bouquet or ripe fruits. Along with blackberries and notes of chocolate and coffee. It is full-bodied with velvety tannins. Great balance and soft texture.

Great with hearty dishes and meats.
Perfect match for a nice barbecue with grilled vegetables.
