The Producer
This 7th generation family estate results from the union of two old winemaking families from the world famous Meursault and Chassagne towns. the two sisters share the vineyard and winery responsibilities. They carefully work the soil and restrict yields.
Particular attention is given to maturity control, in search of bright and fresh wines that are then matured in oak (with no more than 25% of new barrels) tor a pertectly balanced Meursault.
Tasting Notes
Sublime bouquet of grapetruit and peach with notes of coconut flakes and toasted almonds. On the palate it has a creamy texture balanced by zesty acidity and persisting aromas.
Pairings
Serve with grilled fish, roasted poultry dishes and specialties accompanied with butter or cream sauces.
