The Producer
"I've been in this since l was a little boy. It used to be a tarm here, with cows, sheep, pigs, prairies and 4 hectares of vines. When my father noticed my interest for the grapes, he stopped selling them to the cooperative and we started making wines ourselves. It was almost titty years ago. When my father retired I had to do everything myself, including going to Paris to sell my wines. The wines I like to drink? Easy drinking reds with light tannins."

Tasting Notes
A fresh and wonderful bouquet of sour cherries, fresh raspberries, and cranberries with notes of Sichuan pepper and licorice. pleasant chalky tannins and nice acidity. Solid Gamay!

Pairings
Cheese and charcuterie boards.
It also goes very well with red meat like beef and duck.
