The Producer
The Maturana brothers have successfully combined a variety of factors to produce clean, highly aromatic and untorgettable cuvées of natural wines. Jose Ignacio is a seasoned winemaker, former technical director of one of the largest Chilean producers, but he found real purpose in this family project: working with very old vines, small-scale and organic agriculture, preserving vineyards of heritage grapes, making small amounts of remarkable wines.

Tasting Notes
A complex and inviting bouquet of red fruits and spices with earthy notes. Plums, cloves and fine leather are most present. Light to medium-bodied with seamless silky tannins and overall great balance..

Pairings
Ideal for roasted dishes. Some nice roasted pumpkin or sweat potatoes with chicken or some pasta primavera.
