Francis specializes in Blancs de Noirs (made only with black grapes). He tavors a lighter and racier style and is obsessed with getting the finest bubbles.

Superb bouquet of freshly baked bread with delicious notes of peach, roasted pear and honeysuckle. The ettervescence is flawless. Dry with racy acidity. Very graceful finish.
