Tasting Notes
Superb bouquet of redcurrant and cherry liquor with notes of violet and licorice. Light-bodied with pleasant chalky tannins and bright acidity. It is dry and juicy at the same time! A refreshing red that can be chilled.

Pairings
Ideal for fish and pasta dishes, it can also be used as an aperitif thanks to its fresh and juicy nature. Surely a great choice for seared tuna.
