The Producer
Pauline Pabiot marks the fifth generation of Pabiot to tend the Domaine's vines. Since she took over, she has worked conscientiously to complete the conversion of the vineyard towards organic agriculture.
This has allowed her to better understand her vines and produce each year cuvées with higher precision and more depth. Her passion and commitment have made her small estate one of the most sought-atter rising stars of Pouilly-sur-Loire.
Tasting Notes
The Girarmes cuvée offers surprising aromas for a Sauvignon: peach, mirabelle plums, orange blossom and jasmine. A light and crisp sensation with persisting aromas.

A fine choice for white fish and most seafood. Also great with grilled or roasted chicken as well as fruit pies.
