The Producer
The Maturana brothers have successfully combined a variety of factors to produce clean, highly aromatic and untorgettable cuvées of natural wines. Jose Ignacio is a seasoned winemaker, former technical director of one of the largest Chilean producers, but he found real purpose in this family project: working with very old vines, small-scale and organic agriculture, preserving vineyards of heritage grapes, making small amounts of remarkable wines.
Tasting Notes
This wine is vinitied and aged with an oxidative process and moderate skin contact. Expressive and complex bouquet of peach, white flowers, tropical fruit with a pleasant oxidative nuttiness. Rich, dry, Impressive.

Pairs well with white meats and oriental or spicy foods. Amazing pairings to explore with Thai fusion or Peruvian cuisine.
